Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The “CUCKOO x Hong Leong Bank Exclusive Rewards For You Campaign” (“Campaign”) will run from 10th November 2021 to 31st December 2021 (“Campaign Period”). CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201401026804 (1102894-H)) (“Organiser”) and Hong Leong Bank Berhad (Company No. 193401000023 (97141-X))(“Co-Organiser”) reserve the absolute right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period without prior notice to you. All purchases done outside the Campaign Period will automatically be ineligible for the Campaign Rewards (as set forth under Clause 6) and will not be entertained by the Organiser and Co-Organiser.
This Campaign Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms.
This Campaign is open to individual customers who have subscribed to any of the WonderLab’s and/or WonderKlean’s Subscription Plans, which includes the WonderLab’s WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™️, WonderKlean GOOODPLAN™️, and WonderKlean Flexi GOOODPLAN™️, from the Organiser within the Campaign Period. This Campaign is strictly not open to corporate purchase(s) made or any purchase(s) made by Corporate Companies, Entities or Bodies
To participate in the Campaign:
1. Participants must be an active Hong Leong Bank Credit Card Cardholder;
2. Participants must have subscribed to at least one (1) of the subscription plans from WonderLab or WonderKlean within the Campaign Period using their active Hong Leong Bank Credit Card;
3. The subscribed plans must be either of the following subscription plans:
  1. WonderLab’s WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™️; and/or
  2. WonderKlean GOOODPLAN™️; and/or
  3. WonderKlean Flexi GOOODPLAN™️.
4. Payments for the subscribed plan(s) must be transacted successfully using the Hong Leong Bank Credit Card;
5. Every new subscription done within the Campaign Period will be entitled to one (1) entry;
6. Each participant can be entitled to more than one (1) entry to the Campaign and there is no limit to the number of entries; however, the eligibility of the Campaign Reward for each entry as a result of participation in the Campaign is subject to the fulfilment of the set requirements in Clause 5;
7. Customer will automatically be eligible and enter the campaign as a participant upon the fulfilment of the set criteria in Clause 4(a) to 4(f), of which, the customer-turned-participant will receive a confirmation email on the 1st month of subscription upon the successful subscription/purchase and payment transaction using the Hong Leong Bank Credit Card.

Eligibility For Campaign Reward(s):

Upon successful entry as a result of the participants’ subscription(s) during the Campaign Period, each entry must fulfil the requirements set forth in Clause 5 herein.

Each payment transaction throughout the subscription period outlined in Table 1 above must be transacted successfully using a Hong Leong Bank Credit Card.
Upon fulfilling the requirements set forth in Clause 5(b) above, participants’ subscription(s) under Campaign will be considered complete.
Upon the completion of each subscription, participants will receive an email notification and the Campaign Reward indicated in Clause 6 below will subsequently be delivered or gifted to the participants.

Campaign Rewards:
1. Upon the successful completion of subscription for the WonderLab’s WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™️, participants will receive one (1) WonderDewi 7-Day Wonder Kit worth RM66.00 for each entry, delivered on the sixth (6th) month of subscription.
2. Upon the successful completion of subscription for the WonderKlean GOOODPLAN™️ and WonderKlean GOOODPLAN™️ and WonderKlean Flexi GOOODPLAN™️, participants will receive one (1) WonderKlean Disinfection Standard Package worth RM300.00 for each entry.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
4. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all stated delivery dates for the Campaign Rewards are approximate only and time whenever stated is not of the essence. The Organiser and Co-Organiser shall not in any way be liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or expenses for failures to meet any delivery date.
The Organiser and Co-Organiser reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the Terms without prior notice to you and you shall be bound to observe, perform, and comply the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof. The Organiser and Co-Organiser shall be entitled to take any form of action against any participant who abuses the Campaign, including but not limited to, any suspicious activities or any attempts to circumvent the terms and conditions herein.
The Organiser and Co-Organiser are not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
The Organiser and Co-Organiser shall not be liable for any claim by any person, entity or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims resulting from or in connection with the Campaign.
Participants of the Campaign shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage, or claim resulting from participation in this Campaign.
You acknowledge and agree that the Organiser and Co-Organiser reserve the rights to disqualify your participation in the Campaign if: i) you are found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign mechanics or the operation of the Campaign; ii) you are found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities that are harmful to the Campaign; or iii) you are in breach of the Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organiser and Co-Organiser reserve the right to reject the participation of any person or entity in the campaign at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
The Organiser and Co-Organiser shall not take any responsibility in the event you are prevented from participating in the Campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specifics or due to force majeure which, including but not limited to, regulatory and/or government directive, act of God, strikes, accidents, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, civil or military disturbances, natural catastrophes, interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.
In the event any of the provision of the Terms is held invalid, illegal, and unenforceable under any applicable law or jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. All remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
No delay or indulgence by the Organiser and Co-Organiser in enforcing any of the terms and conditions herein shall constitute a waiver by the Organiser and Co-Organiser of your breach of the Terms.
The Organiser’s decision in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive. No further correspondence will be entertained.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia.

By submitting your entry to this Campaign, you hereby consent and authorize Co-Organizer to process, share, use, retain and disclose any of your personal data to any of its related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and associate companies and/or such other parties as specified in its privacy policy at https://www.cuckoo.com.my/pdpa-consent.
